- This is
a special offer for clients interested
in joining us in buying a property
off-plan at Tamarind Hills, Antigua,
prior to the public launch in Autumn
2008. It is limited to the first 5
properties reserved.

Preferential Pre-Launch payment terms;
just 30% deposit, payable on signing the
purchase contract and nothing more to
pay until completion and handover 2 -
2.5 years later, depending on which
phase one buys in. Note: funds held in
escrow until a given number of units in
each phase have been sold.

When 12 units have been sold prices will be
increased by 10%. The public Launch will
not take place until September 2008 thus
pre-launch buyers will have a price
advantage of at least 10% and quite
possibly more.

Properties are either owner occupancy or
placed in a rental pool supervised by a
top international independent resort
management company. This provides an
excellent investment with a guaranteed
return of not less than 5% p.a., for the
first two years and allowing up to 8
weeks' use for the owner each year. The
pool arrangement provides the owner a
hassle-free investment with the security
of receiving a fair share of the annual

Government concessions have been granted
to this project. This reduces the cost
of buying the property and stamp duty
from 7.5% combined to just 1.875%. This
benefit can be passed to a buyer if the
property is sold before completion. In
addition, as there is no Capital Gains
Tax in Antigua if the property is owned
by a corporation, resale before
completion is an attractive alternative.

concession, providing valuable import
duty savings , allows the developer to
provide a choice of outstanding Interior
Designer furnishing packages at very
attractive prices ($65,000 for a 2-bed
apartment approx).

bedroom units from $670,000, 2 bedrooms

John's , is a 15-minute drive and the
International Airport 20 minutes.

offered to pre-launch buyers represents

the 30% deposit outlaid and, as prices
increase during the course of the
