I first met Julius Nehorai in London in 2000 and through him agreed to buy a custom designed villa in Aphrodite Hills, Cyprus. Julius was very supportive throughout the contract negotiation stage with the Cyprus developer, and even after contracts were signed, was always on hand to offer advice and suggestions during the complex building stage . His experience and knowledge of the market and regulations were most helpful and readily available, and ensured that the entire project, from contract signing through to completion ran smoothly.

Subsequently, on Julius' recommendation I bought an apartment at another resort near Lisbon. We bought a property through Julius Nehorai at Aphrodite Hills in Cyprus in 2001. This was a custom designed villa on a very luxurious golf resort. The villa is now finished and providing our family with a great holiday home. We appreciated Julius' involvement from the outset.
