Landings, the owner may select from the following options: The owner may select one of the two base bath/kitchen and unit finish packages with the option to upgrade the base packages with alternate finishes, fittings and tile selections.

Alternately the owner may receive a credit for the base finish package and create a custom designed unit at their own expense. Please note that when customizing a unit the unit plan cannot be altered.

When it comes to furnishing and decorating your unit, The Landings offers the following options: the owner may select one of the two base decorating and furnishing packages with the option to upgrade the base package. All being offered at attractive pricing.

Alternately the owner can design, furnish and decorate the unit to their own specifications at their own expense. Please note that all ground floor units come complete with a plunge pool and landscaped terrace. Top floor units are complete with terrace plunge pools.
